Refund Policy

At Ivy Tree Travel, we work hard to secure exclusive vacation deals at deeply discounted rates. Due to the nature of these special offers, all sales are final with limited refund eligibility. By booking through us, you agree to the following policy:
1. Refund Eligibility
• Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to check-in may be eligible for a 50% refund of the package price, minus non-refundable fees (including Guest Certificate fees and a $100 administrative fee).
• Cancellations made 31 to 60 days prior to check-in will receive a 25% refund of the package price, minus non-refundable fees.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 30 days or fewer before check-in.
• Guest Certificate fees are non-refundable regardless of cancellation date.
2. Non-Refundable Fees
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:
• Guest Certificate fees
• Administrative/processing fees
• Resort-imposed fees, taxes, or surcharges
3. Transfer & Name Change Policy
Bookings are non-transferable and non-changeable once confirmed. Any requested name change requires the purchase of a new Guest Certificate and is subject to availability and an additional $150 processing fee.
4. No-Show & Early Departure Policy
Failure to check in on the scheduled date or leaving early will result in 100% forfeiture of the booking price with no refund or credit.
5. Third-Party Provider Terms
We facilitate bookings through third-party providers such as RCI and Interval International. Their cancellation and refund policies apply in addition to ours. We are not responsible for cancellations, closures, or service disruptions caused by the resort or third-party providers.
6. Force Majeure
No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations caused by events beyond our control (including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, pandemic-related closures, travel restrictions, or resort operational decisions). We will make reasonable efforts to assist you in securing alternative arrangements or credits, but are not obligated to provide compensation.
7. Refund Processing Timeline
Eligible refunds will be processed within 21 business days to the original payment method, minus all applicable non-refundable fees and charges.
8. Travel Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend purchasing independent travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
