Welcome to Ivy Tree Travel. By booking a vacation package, purchasing a product or service, or accessing our website, you (“Customer,” “you,” “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Ivy Tree Travel and its travel partners.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified in writing.
• All sales are final and subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Guest Bookings & Certificates
• Bookings made for guests must be issued under the guest’s legal name as provided at the time of booking.
• Guest bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable once confirmed.
• Any name change will be considered a cancellation and new booking, subject to availability and applicable fees.

3. Customer Responsibilities
• You are responsible for verifying all travel dates, guest names, and booking details at the time of confirmation.
• You must comply with all check-in requirements, age restrictions, resort or accommodation policies, and applicable laws at your destination.
• Failure to meet these requirements may result in denied entry, forfeiture of your booking, or additional fees charged by the accommodation provider.

4. Refunds and Cancellations
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
• Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the timelines and conditions outlined in that policy.
• No refunds will be issued for no-shows, early departures, or unused portions of a booking.

5. Limitations on Services
• We act as an agent facilitating the purchase of vacation accommodations and related services.
• We do not own or operate the accommodations or services provided and are not responsible for the condition, quality, availability, or fulfillment of such accommodations or services.
• All accommodations and services are provided by third parties, and you agree that any issues, disputes, or claims regarding them must be addressed directly with the provider.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations, delays, closures, or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, travel restrictions, strikes, or civil unrest. No refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
• Our total liability for any claim related to your booking or use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the booking.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.

8. Dispute Resolution
• Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
• You agree to resolve any dispute exclusively through binding arbitration in Wyoming and waive the right to participate in a class action or class arbitration.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
